We review the available interface during scoping: file, database, API or PLC. The station adapts to your software, not the other way around.
Which codes can you read?
GS1 DataMatrix codes on labels and cartons, as well as common barcodes and QR codes. The test on your samples confirms it before any quote.
How much does a station cost?
The price depends on the number of codes per batch, the packaging and the connections required. We quote after the read test, with no commitment.
Can you work on an existing installation?
Yes: rework, relabeling, checks in logistics. The station sits next to the existing flow.
Does the station make our site compliant?
Serialization compliance depends on your complete system. We deliver and document the verification part for your quality file.
